Terms & Conditions
These terms govern your use of Neuralforge's educational programs, reading library, and website. Please read them carefully before enrolling or accessing any service.
Definitions
- "Service" — any course, cohort program, reading library pass, or website feature offered by Neuralforge.
- "User" / "You" — any individual who accesses the website or enrolls in a Neuralforge program.
- "We / Us / Our" — Neuralforge, the educational organization operating from Bangkok, Thailand.
- "Content" — all reading materials, course assignments, written tutorials, discussion threads, and other material made available through a Service.
- "Agreement" — this Terms & Conditions document together with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.
- "Enrollment" — the process by which a User registers and pays for a specific Service offering.
- "Cohort" — a fixed group of students participating in the same program session simultaneously.
Acceptance of Terms
By using the Neuralforge website, submitting a contact form, or completing enrollment in any program, you indicate that you accept this Agreement in full.
- Users must be at least 18 years of age to enter into this Agreement.
- If you are enrolling on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these terms.
- If you do not agree with any part of this Agreement, please refrain from accessing or enrolling in our Services.
Service Description
Neuralforge offers educational programs focused on applied AI development. Our current offerings are:
- Project-Based Python & AI Course (NF-101) — a twelve-week structured course for students who wish to build a documented AI project.
- Cohort Mentorship Program (NF-201) — a three-month cohort program with weekly group sessions and mentorship, capped at sixteen students per cohort.
- Open Reading Library Pass (NF-LIB) — an annual reading pass to curated long-form AI engineering materials with monthly moderated discussion sessions.
- Services are available primarily to students based in Thailand, though enrollment from other locations may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
- Neuralforge reserves the right to adjust, reschedule, or discontinue a Service offering with reasonable advance notice.
- Program availability is subject to minimum enrollment numbers for cohort-based offerings.
User Accounts
- Certain Services require you to create an account using a valid email address and a personal password.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
- You agree to notify Neuralforge promptly at [email protected] if you become aware of any unauthorized use of your account.
- Neuralforge may suspend or close an account if it determines that the account has been used in violation of this Agreement.
- Account access is personal and non-transferable; sharing your credentials with others is not permitted.
User Responsibilities
You agree to use Neuralforge's Services in a respectful and constructive manner. The following activities are not permitted:
- Reproducing, reselling, or redistributing course materials without written permission.
- Sharing your program access credentials with any third party.
- Submitting work that is not your own as part of course assignments or cohort discussions.
- Posting or transmitting content that is offensive, defamatory, or disruptive to other participants.
- Using program materials to develop competing educational products or services.
- Attempting to interfere with or disrupt the website's technical infrastructure.
Participants in cohort programs are expected to engage in good-faith discussion and to treat facilitators and fellow students with respect. Neuralforge may remove a participant from a cohort for conduct that significantly disrupts the group experience, with a partial refund assessed at our reasonable discretion.
Intellectual Property
- All course materials, reading collections, written tutorials, session recordings (if any), and website content are the intellectual property of Neuralforge or its content contributors.
- Upon enrollment and payment, you receive a limited, personal, non-exclusive license to access and use the relevant materials for your own learning during the program period.
- You may not copy, print for distribution, publish, or transmit program materials beyond personal study use without written consent from Neuralforge.
- Project work and written documentation you produce during a program remain your own intellectual property. By submitting work for review, you grant Neuralforge a non-exclusive license to reference it for educational feedback purposes within the program only.
Payment Terms
All fees are stated in Thai Baht (฿) and are due at the time of enrollment unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Current Program Fees
- Project-Based Python & AI Course (NF-101): ฿4,200
- Cohort Mentorship Program (NF-201): ฿31,000 per cohort
- Open Reading Library Pass (NF-LIB): ฿8,500 per year
Refund Policy
- Requests for a refund submitted more than 7 calendar days before a program's scheduled start date will be considered and assessed at our discretion.
- Requests submitted within 7 days of a program's start date are generally not eligible for a refund, as cohort planning and reading materials will have been prepared.
- In the event that Neuralforge cancels a scheduled cohort or program, enrolled students will receive a full refund or the option to transfer to the next available session.
- Refunds, where approved, will be processed to the original payment method within 14 business days.
Fees may be revised periodically. Any price change will be communicated at least 30 days before taking effect for existing annual pass holders.
Course-Specific Terms
Project-Based Python & AI Course (NF-101)
- The course runs for twelve weeks from the stated start date. The schedule and session cadence are communicated at enrollment.
- Students are expected to have a working knowledge of Python before enrolling. Neuralforge does not offer introductory Python instruction within this program.
- Completion is recognized through a written project documentation review. No formal academic credit or state-recognized certificate is issued.
- Academic integrity is required. Submitting work prepared by others as your own is grounds for removal from the program without a refund.
Cohort Mentorship Program (NF-201)
- Each cohort is limited to sixteen students. Enrollment closes when this number is reached.
- The program runs three times per year. Dates are published on the website and confirmed by email upon enrollment.
- Participants are expected to attend the majority of weekly group sessions. Neuralforge does not provide session recordings as a substitute for attendance.
- Final project reports are submitted as written documents and reviewed by a program facilitator.
Open Reading Library Pass (NF-LIB)
- The pass is valid for twelve months from the date of purchase.
- Access to the reading library is for individual, personal use only.
- The monthly moderated discussion session is included in the pass and conducted in English.
- The reading list is curated and updated periodically. Neuralforge does not commit to keeping any specific title in the library indefinitely.
Disclaimers
- Services are provided "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
- Neuralforge does not represent that completing any program will result in employment, promotion, or any specific professional outcome. Learning results depend on individual effort and circumstances.
- Program materials are educational in nature and do not constitute professional advice in engineering, technology, finance, or any other regulated field.
- While we take reasonable care to keep reading materials current and accurate, we do not warrant that all content is free from errors or that it reflects the most recent developments in a rapidly evolving field.
Limitation of Liability
- To the extent permitted by Thai law, Neuralforge's total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of a Service shall not exceed the amount you paid for that specific Service.
- Neuralforge is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, including loss of revenue, loss of data, or loss of opportunity, arising from your use of any Service.
- We are not responsible for technical disruptions caused by factors outside our reasonable control, including internet service outages, third-party platform failures, or force majeure events.
Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold Neuralforge and its staff harmless from any claims, damages, costs, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your violation of this Agreement, your misuse of any Service, or your infringement of any third-party rights while using our Services.
Termination
- Either party may end this Agreement at any time. Your right to use a Service ends upon termination.
- Neuralforge may suspend or terminate your access to a Service if you breach any provision of this Agreement.
- Upon termination initiated by the User, no automatic refund is issued. Refund eligibility is governed by Section 7.
- Provisions that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property rights, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnification — will continue to apply after termination.
Dispute Resolution
- This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand.
- Any dispute shall first be addressed through informal discussion. Please contact us at [email protected] and we will make a genuine effort to reach a fair resolution within 30 days.
- If informal resolution is not achieved, disputes shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of the courts of Bangkok, Thailand.
- Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive relief where appropriate under Thai law.
General Provisions
- Entire Agreement. This Agreement, together with the Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, constitutes the entire agreement between you and Neuralforge regarding your use of the Services.
- Severability. If any provision of this Agreement is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force.
- Waiver. Failure by Neuralforge to enforce any provision does not constitute a waiver of future enforcement rights.
- Assignment. You may not assign your rights under this Agreement without written consent. Neuralforge may assign its rights in connection with a business transfer.
- Notices. Formal notices to Neuralforge should be sent to [email protected] or to our registered address in Bangkok.
Changes to Terms
- Neuralforge may update these terms periodically. The revised version will be published on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date.
- For material changes, we will notify enrolled students by email at least 14 days before the changes take effect.
- Continued use of any Service after the effective date of a change constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
