Three programs, one direction — building something real
Each program at Neuralforge is designed around a different level of time commitment and learning style. All three lead to a concrete outcome.
Back to HomeHow Neuralforge programs are structured
Step 01
Scope something manageable
Every program starts by helping you identify a project that fits your background and available time. We do not let participants start on problems that are too large to finish.
Step 02
Build with guided checkpoints
Weekly sessions and mentor contact keep the project moving. You do not go two weeks without a check-in and then realise you have gone in the wrong direction.
Step 03
Document and submit
The final output is a written technical report. We provide a template, review a draft, and give feedback before the final submission.
Project-Based Python & AI Course
A twelve-week course where participants build and document one applied AI tool from start to finish. The course covers project scoping, dataset preparation, model selection, evaluation, light deployment, and written documentation. Suitable for people who can already write small Python programs and want a structured frame to complete a project they can talk about.
- Dataset sourcing and preparation
- Model selection and evaluation
- Light deployment (Streamlit / FastAPI)
- Technical documentation and report
Cohort Mentorship Program
A three-month cohort program combining weekly group sessions, a structured reading list, and small-group mentorship rounds. Paced for working professionals who can commit a few hours per week. Each cohort is capped at sixteen students and runs three times per year. Final projects are documented as written reports rather than polished demos.
- Weekly group sessions with practitioner mentors
- Small-group mentorship rounds
- Structured reading list throughout
- Cohort capped at 16 — always enforced
Open Reading Library Pass
An annual pass to the school's reading library — a curated set of long-form readings on applied AI engineering, written tutorials, and short essay collections. The pass includes one moderated discussion session per month and access to the editorial team for reading recommendations. Intended for self-directed learners who value steady, deliberate reading over rushed video courses.
- Curated long-form AI engineering texts
- One moderated discussion per month
- Access to editorial team for reading recommendations
- No fixed schedule — read at your own pace
